Tara! Besides being fricken gorgeous, this WA high school senior has 9 top colleges she wants to get into, most of them in DC. Um, ok. Ambitious much?! We got to hang out on a perfect day in one of my favorite photo locations, walking, chatting, jumping and of course twirling (my fave). Tara loves reading and plays lacrosse and a little bit of basketball. This girl is gonna kill it her senior year and maybe run the world?
