I love love loved this adorable fall lakeside session I did with Iris and her husband Hussain! Iris and Hussain are college sweethearts! They met their freshman year at UMass Amherst, and got married not long after graduating. They’ve been married for a few years now, but they did a small town hall ceremony so they don’t have any wedding photos, or any professional photos of the two of them! I’m so glad I got to make that happen for them. This was actually Hussain’s birthday weekend, so they decided to plan a little weekend away with friends to celebrate. It ended up being the perfect little spot for some snuggly fall photos at the AirBnb they rented in Western, MA. And we scheduled it perfectly so their friends hadn’t arrived yet, so no audience watching and cheering. These two are the absolute sweetest goofballs and I loved hanging out with them!

I don’t go out to Western, MA all that often either, so Martin & I ended up making a little day trip adventure of it too. We went to an apple orchard with a sculpture park, got cider donuts, and had a cider slushieee! Oh and binged a good chunk of the Serial Podcast…
