This past week I decided to offer some Prom & Graduation photos to the Class of 2020 seniors that I photographed last fall. Their senior year of high school was totally ruined because of Covid 19 and I wanted to do something special for them. They didn’t get to finish off the school year with their childhood friends and classmates. They didn’t get to experience all the senior week fun. No prom, no trip to Disney!! Ugh!! You know, they didn’t even get to sweat their butts off during graduation practice in the scalding hot sun 😂 That’s a high school experience I’ll never forget from my senior year, haha. Literally sweat through my shorts….cute, I know.

They’re hoping to still do a late summer graduation if they can, and potentially even a late prom! Crossing my fingers for them because these girls bought prom dresses and they didn’t get to wear them and probably can’t return them. Who didn’t look forward to prom through their whole high school experience?! So I suggested they show up in their prom dresses for some glam shots and then throw their cap & gown on over it afterwards. It worked perfectly! It was really good to see my seniors again and meet some of their family and boyfriends and hear a little bit about their college plans. I’m wishing them the best and hope they get to experience their freshman year of college in their actual schools! Congratulations Class of 2020!
