I love this Broken Creek Vineyard Engagement Session I had with Ashley & Tim! The Vineyard was nice enough to let us shoot there on a day they weren’t open. So we got a perfect fall day and their grounds all to ourselves! Ashley & Tim reached out to me over a year ago for their 2022 wedding because I know a few of their friends and also second shot a wedding that Tim was the Best Man in!

“Tim and I met at Worcester State University and started dating on April 21, 2013. Our first movie we watched together was “21”. In the 21st year of the 21st century we will be getting married. Our wedding date (10/8/21)… 10+8+2+1= 21. We have a thing for the number 21 all by accident.”

How weird is that?? That was 7 years ago back when they were only 18 & 19 years old. Fast forward to Ashley getting her masters degree from Nichols College. Her whole family out to dinner to celebrate. Ashley had said she didn’t want a public proposal so of course, that’s exactly what Tim ended up doing. But it certainly caught her off guard. She had helped in choosing the ring so she knew a proposal would be coming. But the only way she’s be surprised is if Tim did what she didn’t want 😂 Luckily she wasn’t mad at all and her mom was able to record the whole thing for them. Her whole family knew it was going to happen too, apparently her dad was very stressed about it. You could even see the ring box in Tim’s pocket but Ashley was totally oblivious to it.

They also showed me a really sweet video of them asking Tim’s niece to be a junior bridesmaid in their wedding. She was so excited she started crying! Needless to say, I’m really looking forward to their fall wedding next year at the Publick House.
