Jocelyn & Matt’s Westford wedding was my first of the year! And what better way to start my wedding season off than with these two? Jocelyn and Matt met online about 2 years ago. Their first date was dinner together and they obviously clicked.
Matt’s mom mentioned a while back that they should get engaged at the beach. So on a family trip to Cape Cod Matt realized he had to propose on the first day so his mom wouldn’t ruin it. She was already asking which day they wanted to go and watch the sunset at Cold Storage Beach. She cried for hours after! So sweet!
I started their wedding day with the ladies shooting the details and the girl’s getting ready. I absolutely loved Jocelyn’s wedding gown. One of my favorites I think! The sheer top, the lace and the sparkle, swoon! Jocelyn’s mom helped her in it and we took off to the venue where her dad was waiting for a sweet first look. Immediately after, he walked her down the aisle with friends and family seated outside on a gorgeous April day.
“As I stand here today, I am looking at a man who is beyond anything I could have ever dreamt of. A man whose soul is good and whose intentions are pure. You make me laugh in all situations and help me keep perspective on the important things in my life. What I never could have imagined is finding a man who could love me the way you do. The way you love me is gentle and unconditional. And in doing so you have found a way to calm my Irish tempered heart, a way to alway make me smile and a way to always make me feel safe”
Wishing you guys (& Benson) happily ever after!
