For years I’ve been wanting to redo my space, but for many reasons I kept putting it off. This winter presented the perfect opportunity to redo it. I ended up cat sitting/living elsewhere for about a month so it was the perfect time to destroy and rebuild my walls. Such a fun process (not)! But it was so worth it! We even re-sanded and stained the hardwood floors because they needed it.
The main thing I was going for in my new space was just brightness, but I’m also obsessed with Rifle Paper Co. I loved the bedding they had a while ago, which was kind of the spark for re-doing my room. They don’t make that bedding anymore, but they did start making wallpaper! I’m usually not the wallpaper type but I fell in love with this one Floral Mural Rifle Paper Co. Wallpaper. From there I mostly accented everything else piece by piece. Rifle also has art prints of course so those match as well as pillows. They even have rugs but the one I ordered ended up running out even after I ordered it. I think it would’ve been overkill anyways and I love the circle rug from Ruggable that I ended up getting instead. The only thing left that I want to do is style my white shelf better. I knew I wanted to rainbow my books of course, but I want to take my time with the rest. I’d rather collect pieces I really love rather than just buying crap for the sake of filling it.
And no I will not share before photos. IYKYK. Big shout out to my parents for doing most of the destroying and rebuilding and Paul for doing the wallpaper. I was not about to screw that up.

Do you know you the measurements
of your wall? And do you have to buy more than one roll? I’d love to do this same accent wall in my daughters room, but I don’t know where to start when it comes to wall paper.
Thanks Ashley! I don’t have exact measurements but my wall is between 10-11 feet wide and I ordered 2 rolls. They came in 2 strips each I believe. So it’s technically 4 panels but you just order 2.
What paint color did you use to match the other walls to the top of the wallpaper? Also a huge Rifle fan!
HI! I believe it was called “Whisper White” I think by Behr. Def got it t Home Depot if that’s the brand the sell there. It’s maybe a teeny bit off but certainly not noticeable.
