I have been looking forward to this tented Gore Place Wedding for a long time now! I first met up with Kayla and Will way back in 2019 and loved them immediately. We had so much fun at their beach engagement session and were so ready for them to get married. But Covid, of course, moved their big day back a year. But that didn’t stop them from getting married. They had a small wedding in New Jersey last summer at Kayla’s parents house anyways.

Fast forward to a beautiful, sunny June day in Waltham, MA. Gore Place is a 50-acre country estate in the city, a grand mansion steeped in history, and a farm! Kayla put her wedding gown on in the mansion while Will and his guys got ready in the carriage house on the property. They shared their first look under a huge tree and were so happy to see each other and have a moment to themselves.

Gore Place has a huge open lawn where the ceremony was held. They had a really cool hexagon arbor with florals on it atop the small hill at the front. It’s so perfect because the couple is elevated so everyone can see them. After they had their first kiss during the ceremony Kayla and Will did a shot ski that says “The Cotters” on the bottom. The wedding party and all the guests took a shot too!

Obviously these two are super fun and so are their friends. The dance party was epic and honestly a lot of shirts came off…tables were being danced on. GOOD TIMES. Add in a burger truck for dinner AND the Cookie Monstah truck for dessert. One perfect day!
