Golden Hour at Dexter Drumlin: Wachusett Regional Senior Portraits with Meredith
I loved Meredith’s senior portrait session at Dexter Drumlin Reservation in Lancaster, MA. The location was the perfect mix of serene nature and open spaces, offering endless opportunities to capture Meredith’s personality and passions. As a student at Wachusett Regional High School, Meredith has an exciting future ahead, and her senior portraits perfectly reflected her confidence & style.
From her love for soccer to her Starbucks obsession, Meredith brought so much personality to her session. She even brought a small bouquet of flowers to add a cute pop of color to her photos.
Soccer has been a huge part of Meredith’s life, so it was only fitting that she brought her soccer ball to the session. Incorporating meaningful props into senior portraits is one of the best ways to tell a story.
A Flowing White Dress and Tall Grass Magic
To start Meredith wore a gorgeous, long, flowy white dress. The simplicity of the dress was a perfect match for the natural beauty of Dexter Drumlin. And I love having a flowy dress to get some great movement shots. And white always projects great light back up onto the subject’s face.
A Pop of Fall Blooms
One of the unexpected highlights of the session was the gorgeous fall blooms we stumbled upon at the bottom of the hill. It looked perfect with her pale yellow dress. She brought along a small bouquet of flowers as a prop, which fit perfectly with the blooms in the background.
From Starbucks to Chipotle: Capturing Personality
Meredith’s love for Starbucks and Chipotle are perfectly aligned with my favorite things too! Totally makes sense why we got along so well. She’s also a big fan of Sza and Drake.
As Meredith prepares to graduate from Wachusett Regional High School, she’s looking ahead to college! Her senior portrait session was a perfect way to celebrate this transition. Wishing you the best Meredith!
