I love the beach, and I love bright fun colors, and I love fun families. So this Lilly Pulitzer Family Session was perfection. Amanda, who I’ve known for a long time now, and her sisters wanted to gift their mom a family session. So, they invited me up to the cottage they rent at Hampton Beach every year to frolic with them by the ocean.

You might remember these photos I took of Sheri and her adorable doggos at the beach from way back in March 2017. It was Sheri’s gorgeous styling that made that shoot one of my favorites, so obviously she delivered for her own family’s photo shoot. Sheri owns Simply Sparkling Events and has such a great eye for design. So she planned everyone’s coordinating Lilly Pulitzer outfits and they were on point. And so perfect for the beach! She even got dad to wear a pastel blue polo shirt, instead of his usual Harley Davidson t-shirts.

The Kinney’s totally killed it, and had fun with it, even though it was windy and a bit chilly. Alicia was freezing most of the time, and I managed to snap a few photos of Dad running off with her sweatshirt. Some of my favorite photos are the bloopers to be honest, which were mostly wind related. I threw one in this post of Sheri trying to help Amanda get her hair out of her face. It’s such a hilarious sisterly photo.
