My Fort Taber Engagement Session with Jessica & Christopher earlier this week was pretty special. It included their adorable daughter Harper! So we’ll call this a hybrid engagement/mini family session. We met in downtown New Bedford, MA on the waterfront. This was a new location for me and it was super cute! Jessica & Chris are from that area but currently live in Virginia for work. They came back home for the 4th, birthdays and some wedding planning since they’re getting married next month here in Massachusetts.
Harper is 2.5 years old and came out of the car wearing Moana sunglasses. My kinda girl. I love Moana and I love sunglasses. Plus I feel like kids never keep sunglasses on! Go Harper. She had a perfect white dress on, a cute pink bow and was all around adorable and perfect. And she loved my unicorn camera bag obviously. I can not wait to see her in her flower girl dress next month!
Jessica and both her parents were actually all born the first week of July. They decided to celebrate by having dinner in New Bedford so some of her family got to watch them pose for a while. And also scoop up Harper once she was all photo’d out. Then I got to take some engagement photos of Jessica & Chris.
We took some in downtown New Bedford, but took most of them at Fort Taber Park. What an awesome spot. We got a perfectly cloudy sunset resulting in some gorgeous light on the walkway over the water. If it wasn’t an hour and half away from my house I would shoot there regularly. Jessica & Chris totally nailed their session. Hoping for the same perfect weather on their wedding day.
