Having your engagement photos taken where he proposed = cute AF. Kate & Matt’s Wayside Gristmill Engagement was adorable! I love that I got to see the spot where Matt asked Kate to marry him!

Kate & Matt met in 2005. Matt’s older brother was actually dating Kate’s sister and when Matt saw Kate, he was like who is that cute girl?!? They hung out a few times and dated a little bit but ended up parting ways for college and just life. Years later, Matt ended up working with someone who knew Kate and he begged him for her number. Around the same time, someone had mentioned Matt by his nickname to Kate not even knowing that she knew him. She was like wait, Matt? And they started dating again 6 years ago now.

Matt proposed on a fall day after taking Kate apple & pumpkin picking in Stow. They ended the day at the Wayside Gristmill in Sudbury and he nervously proposed and threw his planned speech out the window. She said yes of course and they had some drinks at the Wayside Inn. Their wedding is coming up this spring and I can’t wait to celebrate with them!
